alhamdulillah..
majlis selosai ngan baik. ekekeke  aku selamat bertunang dengan pilihan hatiku sendiri, tanpa di sangka teman sekelas menjadi pilihan peneman hidup ku..1998 -......... sekian lama terpisah dan menyepi diri, panggilan telifon hanya sekali dua, pelbagai kenalan di temui, pelbagai hubungan dilalui, tetapi semuanya ketentuan tuhan. Walaupun aku lari kemana pun kalu dah jodoh...alahai, kesitu lah juga

Photofest to capture country’s essence

KUALA LUMPUR: The essence of Malaysia captured with the lens — the Malaysia Photofest 2006 is about capturing the country’s natural beauty and multi-racial society.
Jointly organised by Tourism Malaysia and Persatuan Angkatan Senifoto Wilayah Persekutuan (Asfon), the programme is designed to promote Malaysia as a destination for both professional and amateur photographers, and through their images, attract more tourists.
Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said yesterday: "The images will help generate interest in Malaysia among foreign tourists."
Entitled "Capture The Essence Of Malaysia", the programme will be launched on Sept 15 at the Malaysian Tourism Centre.
Among the activities would be a "Photorace", in which photographers capture quintessentially Malaysian scenes as they journey to Malacca.
Other activities include a photo exhibition, a carnival, a seminar and workshop, and a travel photo contest. Local and international photographers will travel all over the country to capture tourist attractions on film.
Last year, more than 1,000 local and international photographers participated in the programme, and more than 4,000 photographs were taken and displayed to the public.
Tengku Adnan added that in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2007, the ministry was upgrading facilities at tourist destinations.
FOTOFEST
A seminar and workshop will be held along the Photo Fest Carnival and will feature a selected panel of famous speakers and lecturers who are experts in the field especially in “travel photography” . This programme is open to all photography enthusiasts from the country and overseas. The seminar aims to give exposure to photography enthusiasts and also as a platform for the experts to share their experiences. Popular names in the photography scene such as Zainuddin Arshad , Bazuki Muhammad and Prof. Harold Thwaites will be present to share their expertise and experience in their respective fields. Among the topics that will be discussed during the seminar are the process of digital imaging, ‘virtual reality’ and photography creativity.

Location : MTC, Kuala Lumpur
Theme : ‘How To’ - Talk and discussion is based on ‘How To’ series as this will attract more audience to come and learn.
